Easter and stuff
So we have misplaced our camera. Well actually we ended up with Grandpa Terry's camera, so I am guessing our camera may be floating around Aunt Angie's house somewhere. Anywho, the result of the camera incident is no pictures. So I apologize and hopefully we will find our camera soon and get back to normal.
Aisling had her first haircut last Friday. She wanted to look nice for Easter. She was turning into quite the little ragamuffin. We took her to this place called the yellow balloon. The lady who cut her hair was super nice and had ninja like haircutting skills. Before I knew what had happened she had cut Ais' hair. She had her first lollipop, which ended up getting her face all sticky and then the little cut hairs stuck to it. She didn't like the hairdryer and had a fit, but otherwise she did great. She got a certificate, a Polaroid picture, a clip of her hair for her baby book and of course a real yellow balloon.
Easter was great. We kind of missed it last year, since Aisling was only two weeks old. She had her first Easter egg hunt at my Mom's house. She was so good at finding all the little eggs, which she would then shake and put in her basket.
Then it was off to Aunt Angies, for more yummy food and another Easter hunt. Aisling got a Dora and princess ball which she had a blast rolling all over the floor. Aisling had a really great Easter, and she still doesn't know about chocolate. Oh the joys she has yet to discover.
Aisling got her first real toddler boo-boo too. On Wednesday night we had thrown all the sofa pillows on the floor for her to play on. She was having a great time until she tumbled off and landed face down on the edge of her tent. Her little cheek bruised and swelled up instantly and there was a little pin prick of blood. Poor baby. She is ok now though.
She also has a new trick of going ahhh after she drinks from her sippy cup. Daddy taught her that one. It is so cute.
