Tis the Season

Yep I am updating the blog again. Can you believe it? I am on a roll. We have been busy and have lots to share. Maybe it is the holidays that is keeping us busy or it is the fact that I am feeling better most the time and can actually leave the house now. Whatever it is, here is what we have been up to.

This past weekend we made the trek to Riverside to meet our newest cousin Ilyssa and go out to dinner with the rest of her family to celebrate Aunt Joan's birthday. We had a great time and Ais loved playing with the big kids especially Delianna. They were instantly the best of friends. Here are some pics from our visit.

Here is Ais, with the birthday girl and of course Sam.

Ais meets Ilyssa for the first time. She is so cute and looks a lot like her older brother Gavin. Aisling liked putting the blanket on her. Just wait another 5 months Aisling.

Here is Gavin, Deli and Aisling

Deli shows Aisling and Brian how to color.

Aisling helps Deli keep her work station clean.

We also went to the tree lighting ceremony on the studio lot. It was really cold, but really fun too. There was snow, carollers and of course Mickey. Here is Daddy and Ais on their way to the event.

Here is Ais admiring the decorations at the tree lighting event.

Here is Ais at her MyGym class. She loves MyGym and is getting so dexterous. She loves to run around and play on all the equipment and she even sits for circle time most days now.

Ais with her boyfriend Fintan. He is such a ham, but a cute ham none the less.

Here is Ais on one of her favorite things, the trampoline. She loves to jump and dance around on it.

Ais got a big ball for a Christmas present from our friend Doug. She liked sitting in the box with it.

On the baby #2 front, we had a midwife appointment on Tuesday. Everything looks good. His/Her little heart is thumping away. We were hoping to have an ultrasound in a couple of weeks, but because of the holidays we will be waiting till January 8th to find out if it is blue or pink onesies. I keep feeling better too. I still have a bad day here and there, but for the most part I have more good days. I haven't even thrown up since Monday. Weeee!!! Under weird pregnancy symptoms, my hair is getting really wavy. I have always had stick straight hair, but not anymore. Weird. I also am feeling kicks here and there. Very sporadic at this point, but I definitely know there is a baby in there now.

20 Months old

So Aisling turned 20 months old on Monday. It just happened to be the same night as the Disney Christmas party so we took her down for her first nighttime trip to Disneyland. We also got a hotel room and enjoyed the park the next day.

Here we are in front of the castle. It looked so pretty. It is 10 pm in this photo. It is the latest she has been out.

Ais got to ride Casey Jr. for the first time. She loves trains right now and kept saying Choo-Choo the whole trip.

Here is Brian and Ais on Whinnie the Pooh. I kept getting nauseous on all the rides so Brian took Ais on this one. Even Small World made me queasy.

Ais had a blast playing in the tunnel in the Redwood play area at DCA.

Here she is going down the slide on her very own. She must have gone down it 30 times. She was so proud. She is turning into such a big girl.
